Event Times: Battle runs from 0900 to 1700 on Saturday, 17 January 2009. Authenticity and Safety Inspection formation is at 0830 on Saturday, 17 January 2009.
Registration Times: Opens on Friday, 16 January 2009 at 1400 hours and closes on Saturday, 17 January 2009, at 0800 hours.
Pre-Registration: Not required, but commanders are encouraged to contact the event sponsor with head count numbers for barracks space and meal planning. Barracks space is limited to 144.

Camp Hickory Hill , MO Tactical Battle

Registration Times: Fri: 1600-2200 Sat 0630-0830, pre-registration is not required to attend, but if cabin space is wanted, coordination is required. Registration will be in the mess hall facility .
Pre-Registration: Not required unless cabin space is requested.
Fee: $20, which includes the event fee and a bunk in a cabin. Units may request private cabin space for their members using this fee structure: 5-8 Members: no additional cost 4 or below, $20 additional fee for a private cabin

Directions: Exit on I-70 at exit 124, Stadium Drive , head north on Route E for 4.9 miles. Turn left on to Hatton Chapel road, and head 1 mile. Turn left into the camp, and park in the area near the swimming pool. You will be shuttled with your gear to your cabin. This is about a ¼ mile walk from the parking area to the camping area.

Prohibited Vehicles/Items: If wanting to bring a vehicle, please contact the event coordinator. The site is not conducive to vehicles larger than ¾ ton.
Other restrictions: We are working on getting the restroom facilities open, or having a porta potty available. There is a possibility there will be no restroom facilities available, and participants must use the woodlines. Water will be available however participants are encouraged to bring their own. There will be none available at the site itself, so it must all be brought in. Vending space is available and free inside the mess hall facility. There is no cost for vending, although vendors should secure their items when not selling.
Motels: Cabins are available and included as part of the event fee. Units that bring 5-8 members may reserve a cabin with no additional cost. Units wanting a private cabin with less than 5 members, see the above rates listed under fee for private cabins. There is electricity in the cabins. Motels are available in nearby Columbia. Camping is also permitted on site.

Directions: Reenactor parking is located at the maintenance barn. From I-65 exit Rt. 2 at Lowell, Indiana then travel west for about 4.5 miles. You will see park signs at Hendricks Road. Go past those signs to the stop light, then turn left (south) at the light to the stop sign (Belshaw Road). Turn left (east) on Belshaw to reenactor parking. You will see signs stating that the road is closed ahead, but you will be able to get to reenactor parking. Parking Pass Required.

Prohibited Vehicles/Items: Buckley Homestead Park Manager: NO GLASS! The committee is working on ways to continue this program, so everyone won't suffer for those few who don't follow rules. Do your part. Find alternatives for glass. If there is glass found (other than in historic static displays) future programs will be cancelled. We have banned groups for unsafe behavior and legal infractions will continue to do so in the future if necessary.
