HOW TO POST EVENTS

THE OFFICIAL PAPERWORK:

Fill out and sign the "Event Request Form" (click here)

WEBSITE POSTING DETAILS:

Then Copy/Paste the form below into an email.
Fill it out with the information for your event.
Email it for approval (click here)

Please Note:

Both of the above are actions are necessary to post an event (and can be sent in at the same time).
Once recieved and approved your event will be listed on the HRS website.
Also Note: You must be an HRS member to hold an HRS event.
